BE MY PEACE
Since Luca was a child, the smallest things including a smile haven't been easy to come by. He has grown accustomed to living a solitary life full of anger and occasional fits of rage. Fate causes him to cross paths with Avery, who is naturally beautiful from the inside out. Working a stressful job as a hotel manager, she constantly deals with disgruntled people, but she never seems to lose her cool. As much as he tries to fight it, Luca can't help but be intrigued by the peacefulness she possesses. She introduces Luca to a more calm way of living life, one he didn't think was possible to live. His anger once again gets in the way of his happiness, causing Avery to leave his side and him to face his issues. Is beauty enough to tame a beast or is peace for Luca unable to be found?

This was so emotional and just unconventional. To see Luca on this journey to self discovery. It made me think of how many of our men are so bottled up with life and hurt that it unwittingly shows in everything they do. Love is always the catalyst to change. I am just so glad I got to see his progress. Very good job 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Love when I find a new author to enjoy. Interesting storyline and well developed characters. Love is an interesting experience that many don’t truly know how to do. I recommend this five star read to readers who want an unusual love story. I look forward to reading more from this author.
I appreciate not being left with a cliff hanger ending, knowing that this is the finale in the series. Tiff does an excellent job of developing each character making you really relate and root for them. I love how they all seemed to mature over the course of all 3 books. Tiff is an amazing writer and I can't wait to read what's next from her!
What readers are saying
Tiff Smitty was raised in Hammond, Indiana. Growing up, she experienced a lot of loss. Her mother died when she was twelve years old. As the eldest of four, she had to grow up fast. As a teenager, she picked up the pen and wrote a lot of poems and songs as a means to cope. She was exposed to crime and the harshness of life through family and close friends. Things got real when she had her first child at the tender age of 16. Working part time while striving to graduate high school left Tiff with little free time, let alone time to write.
After graduating, she relocated to attend college in Indianapolis, Indiana where she currently resides with her husband and three children. Now settled in her career as a nurse, she recently returned to writing. Love was the Alibi is her first complete series of which three installments are available. Also available from her are: Ain't None of This Promised, a standalone, and Being In Love is Too Hard, her second series.
